Overview
Rishworth is supporting our growing client Botswana for an experienced ATR72‑212A / ATR 72‑600 Type Rating Instructor to join their training team in Gaborone. This full-time position offers a competitive net salary and comprehensive expatriate benefits and focuses exclusively on training, checking, and standards oversight — no rostered flying duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ATR72‑212A / ATR 72‑600 line checking duties to the pilots across the airline.
  • Conduct training in accordance with Air Botswana and regulatory standards
  • Maintain currency and compliance on TRI/TRE
  • Provide simulator instruction; SFI qualification considered an added advantage
  • Support continuous improvement of training programmes and safety standards

Requirements
  • Current ATR72‑212A / ATR 72‑600 TRI/TRE
  • Strong instructional background with proven training delivery
  • SFI qualification advantageous
  • Ability to relocate full-time to Gaborone
