Job Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to B1.3 standards on the EC135 helicopter.
  • Certify aircraft releases under your FAA A&P privileges and complete accurate logbook entries.
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe, engine, and mechanical systems, including AD and SB compliance.
  • Coordinate maintenance planning and parts logistics with Rishworth Aviation and resort operations.
  • Support ground operations with pre‑flight checks, defect rectification, and technical briefings.
  • Manage technical records and regulatory compliance for FAA and local authorities.
  • Liaise with OEMs and approved repair stations for component removals, overhauls, and warranty work.
  • Champion safety and quality, participate in safety meetings, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • FAA A&P License is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years helicopter maintenance experience, with demonstrable hands‑on work.
  • Strong English communication skills for technical reporting and international coordination.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Avionics and Electrical Instrumentation E&I experience - a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, ADs, SBs, and OEM documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
