Job Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to B1.3 standards on the EC135 helicopter.
- Certify aircraft releases under your FAA A&P privileges and complete accurate logbook entries.
- Troubleshoot and repair airframe, engine, and mechanical systems, including AD and SB compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance planning and parts logistics with Rishworth Aviation and resort operations.
- Support ground operations with pre‑flight checks, defect rectification, and technical briefings.
- Manage technical records and regulatory compliance for FAA and local authorities.
- Liaise with OEMs and approved repair stations for component removals, overhauls, and warranty work.
- Champion safety and quality, participate in safety meetings, and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- FAA A&P License is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years helicopter maintenance experience, with demonstrable hands‑on work.
- Strong English communication skills for technical reporting and international coordination.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Avionics and Electrical Instrumentation E&I experience - a strong plus.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, ADs, SBs, and OEM documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional demeanor suitable for a luxury hospitality environment.
