Engineering Operations Support Job

This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

We are seeking someone with experience in Operations Support within aviation engineering.

This purpose of this role is to be the primary point of contact for customer calls, utilising knowledge of products, systems. process and internal company networks to respond to queries.

The ideal candidate will have technical aviation customer service experience, and excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner. who can pick up systems and processes quickly.

Knowledge and an understanding of parts would be an advantage.
