Asiana Fleet Expansion News - The Airline Takes Delivery of its First A350-XWB

Asiana takes delivery of the first of 30 A350-900's

Congratulations to Asiana Airlines on the delivery of their first A350-900, making them the 12th airline to operate the world’s newest and most efficient twin-engine widebody aircraft.

Rishworth Aviation has partnered with Asiana Airlines for over 10 years offering Captain and First Officer opportunities on A380, A330, A320, B767, B744, B777 aircraft types, and has the largest group of expatriate pilots flying with the airline.

Now is a great time to get on board and join this award-winning airline!

In total, Asiana has ordered 30 A350’s for delivery by 2025 and will initially operate the aircraft on flights within Asia - 4 of these aircraft will be delivered to the airline in 2017. From the third quarter of 2017, the carrier will deploy the aircraft on premier long-haul routes to Europe and the US, beginning with services from Seoul to London and San Francisco. The continued growth of Asiana Airlines makes now an excellent time to join this expanding airline, with their fantastic pilot benefits including leading Rishworth insurances, competitive pay and commuting and non-commuting contracts.

The A350 XWB features the latest aerodynamic design, carbon fiber fuselage and wings, plus new fuel-efficient Rolls-Royce engines. These latest technologies translate into unrivaled levels of operational efficiency, with a 25 percent reduction in fuel burn and emissions, and significantly lower maintenance costs.
