The new 6,764 mile route will be flown with state-of-the-art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, and will take approximately 12 hours and 45 minutes. This is the world's longest flight operated by a low-cost airline.

Norwegian held their celebrations at London Gatwick Airport, giving new passengers a taste of Singapore through traditional dress, lion dance, cuisine, and refreshments.

The launch of this new route comes shortly after Norwegian Air successfully began operations to New York from Edinburgh and Belfast.
