Tracy has worked with Rishworth Aviation since 1996. Originally from the US, Tracy is experienced in the Indonesia market through leasing pilots and contract training through Air New Zealand. She currently resides in Seattle, Washington, where she is focused on consulting with airlines to help ease aviation staffing shortages. Previously she has spent time living in Indonesia and speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
