Manager - Planning, Records & Warranty

Rishworth is seeking a Manager – Planning, Records & Warranty who will oversee the delivery of aircraft maintenance plans, ensuring all activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with aviation regulations, company procedures, and airworthiness standards. The role also manages warranty processes and maintenance documentation systems while leading the planning and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance programs to ensure efficient tracking and completion of all scheduled and unscheduled activities. This role is based in the United Arab Emirates and requires relocation. Relocation assistance will be provided for successful candidates. Job Responsibilities Lead maintenance planning and forecasting activities across short-, medium-, and long-term timeframes to ensure operational readiness. Ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational objectives. Manage unplanned maintenance needs to reduce aircraft downtime and maintain performance targets. Oversee maintenance records, documentation, and tracking systems to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Lead B1 Certifying Engineer – CAT C

Our client is a leading budget airline in the Middle East, and they are currently looking for a Lead B1 Certifying Engineer – CAT C who will lead an assigned team of B1 Engineers ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of aircraft. This is a full-time permanent position which requires relocation with education sponsorship and visa provided for successful incumbents.   Job Responsibilities Verify that maintenance tasks have been carried out to the required standard by the respective Certifying Engineers. Allocate and oversee B1 Engineers and Lead Technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in full compliance with airline, regulatory, and documentation requirements. Monitor shift performance, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and ensuring proper coordination, continuity, and handover of assigned work. Conduct and supervise aircraft maintenance, including scheduled tasks, inspections, tests, defect identification, troubleshooting, and rectification in accordance with approved procedures and manuals. Sign off completed work within authorised scope, ensuring task cards, records, and associated documents meet required standards. Sheet Metal Engineer (A320)

Our client is a leading budget airline in the Middle East, and they are currently looking for Sheet Metal Engineers who will perform, supervise, and certify structural maintenance tasks on Airline and third-party aircraft in accordance with approved standards, regulatory requirements, and airline maintenance procedures.  This is a full-time permanent position which requires relocation with education sponsorship and visa provided for successful incumbents.   Job Responsibilities Performs and certify scheduled and unscheduled aircraft structure or structural parts maintenance, including inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements in line with approved maintenance data. Issues Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) for structural parts upon satisfactory completion of maintenance and verification against regulatory and organizational standards. Reviews work instructions, task cards, and maintenance schedules to plan, allocate, and oversee shop activities ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations. Provides technical guidance, and supervision to certifying technicians and shop technicians, ensuring tasks are performed to the required standard and in accordance with procedures. Investigates and resolves technical issues, performing root cause analysis for recurring defects and coordinating with Engineering and Quality Assurance for corrective actions. Records all maintenance actions, defect findings, and parts usage in the system accurately, ensuring documentation is complete, traceable, and meets regulatory requirements. Ensures availability and readiness of shop stock, tools, and equipment in compliance with approved standards and operational demands. Manages resource utilization to minimize waste and control maintenance costs. Enforces strict adherence to safety precautions, human factors principles, and published maintenance procedures before, during, and after task execution to protect personnel, equipment, and maintain operational safety. Maintains effective communication and coordination with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Technical Procurement, and operational teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations and on-time component availability. Presents a professional, technically competent image of the airline in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, regulatory representatives, and customers. Contributes to the capability building & continuous improvement of maintenance procedures, processes, and shop practices to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and compliance. Deputize for the Shop Supervisor/Lead Engineer as needed. Job Requirements OEM or equivalent certification for Sheet Metal parts is mandatory Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably Airbus types, of which at least 2 years in a certifying or supervisory capacity.
