Supply Chain Manager

Rishworth is currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for all logistics functions—including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and distribution—while ensuring operational readiness, accountability, and compliance through strategic planning, coordination, and risk management. This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Job Responsibilities Oversee procurement, vendor management, and warehouse operations to ensure operational readiness. Manage logistics pipeline, inventory control, and just-in-time delivery of supplies. Monitor compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements, including import/export processes. Coordinate lifecycle logistics: acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, recycling, and disposal. Supervise and guide personnel; set performance standards and monitor results. Ensure alignment of logistics plans with maintenance and operational requirements; attend production meetings. Develop and enforce logistics policies, SOPs, and performance metrics, drive cost, accuracy, and productivity targets. Job Requirements Certified logistics course from civilian or military agency. Minimum of 10 years' experience in providing logistics support Minimum of 6 years' supervisory experience Must have working experience in the related field civilian or military. AW139/H145 Technical Inspector

Rishworth is currently looking for AW139/H145 Technical Inspectors who will be responsible for the daily maintenance of all relevant aircraft/components and the proper completion of the aircraft's daily maintenance and historical records in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and practices. This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Job Responsibilities Audit and review technical records to ensure aircraft airworthiness per regulations and technical publications. Inspect aircraft and components during removal, assembly, installation, and adjustment to confirm compliance with manufacturer specifications and maintenance procedures. Document all work-in-progress and implement corrective actions as required. Maintain accurate aircraft historical records to prevent component overflight of SSL, overhaul, or retirement limits. Execute OEM bulletins, maintenance, and safety messages promptly and accurately. Report irregular practices that could cause injury or compromise airworthiness and assist QC Supervisor in evaluating maintenance actions. Job Requirements Minimum of 7 Years Experience on the aircraft type (H145/AW139) with 5 years held the privilege of Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) or Technical Inspector. Both Line Maintenance (AVUM) and Heavy Maintenance (AVIM) level experience is preferred.
