Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for all King Air 350 flight operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations Manage pilot recruitment, training, competency assessments, and performance evaluations. The successful candidate will be in charge on the overall safe and efficient operation of the company's King Air 350i fleet, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures while supporting flight operations across Papua New Guinea. This position is offered on either a 12 weeks on/6 weeks off or 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation. Company-provided accommodation, flights, and ground transportation are included while based in Papua New Guinea. Job Responsibilities Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the Beechcraft King Air 350, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations.
