Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the safe & efficient operation of the aircraft; safety of crew and passengers
  • Responsible for the airworthiness of the aircraft, weather factors affecting the flight, flight regulations & air traffic control procedures
  • Utilization of all tools & aids designed to provide maximum safety in the air & on the ground
  • Demonstrate safety ownership in every aspect of responsibilities, performance & behavior to ensure the successful outcome of every flight
Requirements:
  • FAA Airmen Certificate
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate
  • Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s permit
  • Airbus 320 Type rating preferred
  • Meet the requirements under FAR 121.436
  • Minimum 4,000 total flight hours
  • 1,000 jet hours as PIC under a 121 Certificate OR 1,500 jet hours as PIC under a 135 Certificate
  • Authorized to live & work in the United States
  • Ability to maintain a valid passport
  • Ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
