- Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the safe & efficient operation of the aircraft; safety of crew and passengers
- Responsible for the airworthiness of the aircraft, weather factors affecting the flight, flight regulations & air traffic control procedures
- Utilization of all tools & aids designed to provide maximum safety in the air & on the ground
- Demonstrate safety ownership in every aspect of responsibilities, performance & behavior to ensure the successful outcome of every flight
- US passport holder only
- FAA Airmen Certificate
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s permit
- Airbus 320 Type rating preferred
- Meet the requirements under FAR 121.436
- Minimum 4,000 total flight hours
- 1,000 jet hours as PIC under a 121 Certificate OR 1,500 jet hours as PIC under a 135 Certificate
- Ability to maintain a valid passport
- Ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
