Our client is a renowned, world leading MRO in Asia handling both Line and Base maintenance work. They are currently looking for an AOG Controller, who will be part of a dynamic and diverse team. This is a key role in the company's Centre of Excellence which delivers world class line maintenance service to Cathay Pacific

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety and management of recovery events for AOG, late exit maintenance to maximize aircraft availability.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain details of the AOG or late exit maintenance or significant inbound defect event.
- Providing solution recommendations with stakeholders to determine the best course of action to return aircraft to service.
- Continually monitor recovery progress and ensure the ETS is on track or improved.
- Comply AOG and Late exit maintenance summary for data capturing to facilitate continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of customer focus and dedication to providing customer satisfaction.
- Ability to present complex information to the customer to ensure they are focused where they need to be to collectively deliver the best possible operation.
