Our client is a leading helicopter and fixed wing aviation company specializing in rotorcraft leasing, maintenance, and component overhaul.

They are currently looking for several B1.3 LAMEs (BK117/AS355) who will take on the responsibility of maintaining the helicopters for the organization. 

This is a position is a full-time position on a 5-day work week that requires relocation to New Zealand. Visas and relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidates.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance of helicopters for the organization's fleet of helicopters to ensure their airworthiness and compliance to all requirements.
  • Handle and rectify all airframe/engine-related maintenance for both scheduled and unscheduled checks.
  • Carry out maintenance work on other helicopters from time to time as well.
  • Work effectively in a team to ensure operational requirements are met while also ensuring zero compromise to quality and safety parameters.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer working on BK117 (LTS 101) or on AS355 (RR 250). 
  • Type rating on either of the above aircraft is necessary.
  • CASA or NZCAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence.
