Our client is a leading domestic operator providing both passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea.
They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager - Charters who will take on the responsibility for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand the client base, increase revenue, and enhance their charter market presence.
This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights, and transport, provided at base.
- Maintain external commercial relations and strong communication lines with stakeholders
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends and competitive landscape
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline (Oil and Gas market will be a key focus, other areas that needs to be explored and expanded)
- Engage internal key stakeholders and deliver presentations to show case charter services and value proposition
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- 5 – 10 years of industry experience
- Possess a deep understanding of the charter industry
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify potential clients, assess market trends, and make informed strategic decisions
- Experienced with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Ability to conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure profitability
