Our client is a leading domestic operator providing both passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea.
They are currently looking for a CAMO Compliance Officer who will take on the responsibility for the effective day to day compliance matters of technical CAMO department duties
This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights, and transport, provided at base.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure correct tracking of Life Limited components are scheduled for maintenance
- Validate documentation for components tracked against the requirements of the applicable approved Maintenance Program for that specific aircraft type.
- Evaluate all completed returned work packs before archiving
- Liaise with Planner work packs, Technical Records Supervisor and Manager CAMG in accordance with the CAMG procedures.
- Liaise with the MRO Technical Materials for document research and support where and when required.
- Conduct spot checks on aircraft and component logbooks for accurate and up to date entries and verify the entries
- Ensure also these checks are in accordance with the approved maintenance program for the particular aircraft type.
- Experienced in Aircraft Maintenance Planning
- Experience and knowledge of Life limited components and the tracking of these components
- Documentation assessment and auditing experience
- Experience of Stores Procedures relating to the sending away and returning of components for servicing and the documents thereof
- Knowledge of PNG regulatory system
