Our client is a leading domestic operator providing both passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea.
They are currently looking for a Crew Rostering Manager who will be responsible to the CEO for generating all crew rosters based on commercial schedules, aircrew training requirements, and arranging travel and accommodation for crew members traveling overseas (excluding domestic travel within PNG).
This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights, and transport, provided at base.
Job Responsibilities

Optimize crew utilization to minimize associated costs while maintaining safety and compliance.

Implement and update a Crew Fatigue Management System to ensure safety and fairness in rosters.

Coordinate and manage crew rosters, training requirements, leave allocations, and flight crew requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ensure travel and accommodation bookings for crew members, including flights for simulator training, following company policy and regulatory rest requirements.

Collaborate with the Head of Training & Competency to allocate aircrew and meet training and operational needs.

Identify process improvements and risk points, providing solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Job Requirements

Significant experience in roster management.

Solid understanding of Flight & Duty Limitations.

Previous experience in the aviation industry.

Experience working in PNG.
