Rishworth is currently looking for AW139/H145 Instructor Pilots who will be in charge of training new pilots in accordance with both regulatory and organizational requirements.

This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver ground and flight training on helicopter systems, maneuvers, and emergency procedures in compliance with aviation regulations.
Evaluate pilot performance through flight checks, simulator sessions, and provide feedback for skill development.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Develop and update training materials, incorporating best practices and new technologies.

Job Requirements

Total Time: 4,500 hours
PIC Hours: 1,000 hours
AW139/H145 Hours: 1,500 hours
Night Hours: 200 hours
ELP: Level 5 or higher
