JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A REVENUE MANAGEMENT MANAGER, ROUTE REVENUE
The Revenue Management Manager supports the revenue management team by assisting with pricing strategies, inventory management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis to optimize company revenue. This role provides valuable support in analyzing market trends, sales behaviour, and competitive landscapes, working under the guidance of the revenue head to implement effective revenue optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, an interest in data-driven decision-making, and a desire to learn and grow within the field of revenue management.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Revenue Strategy Development:

Support your Route Revenue Head in the development and implementation of revenue management strategies focused on pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting.

Monitor pricing, availability, and market demand across different countries and channels. Assist in adjusting pricing strategies and inventory management to maximize revenue.

Analyze sales data, passenger trends, and competitor pricing to support decision-making. Assist in producing reports on revenue performance and trends.

Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and passenger behavior to help refine pricing and revenue strategies.

Work with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure that revenue strategies are aligned across departments.

Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, occupancy rates, and average pricing to identify areas for improvement.

Continuously develop knowledge of revenue management principles, industry trends, and software tools. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Lead your team of analysts to achieve revenue targets and goals, mentoring them to drive route performance in alignment with agreed strategies and goals

Deputise for your Route Revenue Head as appropriate
WHO YOU ARE:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
-
3-5 years of experience in revenue management managerial role, pricing analysis, or a related field (experience in the hotel, online travel agencies, hospitality, retail, or travel industry will be considered).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools (Phyton, Google BigQuery, or similar tools are a plus).

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
