Maintenance Planning Administrator

We are looking for an experienced administrator, preferentially with a strong aviation background to join our client and their Hangar Admin Team. If you are someone with a strong administrator/logistics background in another industry, we are still interested to hear from you! 

This role is based in New Zealand, and you must have the right to work in New Zealand to apply for this job. 

This role will be responsible for ensuring that Aircraft technical data is maintained effectively and that relevant stakeholders are updated accordingly. You will ensure effective planning and accurate supporting documentation is provided for aircraft maintenance. This role will deliver high-quality business administration support that enables the hangar to run efficiently. You will take pride in quality work and have excellent communication skills. This is an exciting role with lots of variety, working in a great team.
