Revenue Optimization Manager

Our client is a leading domestic operator providing both passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea.

They are currently looking for a Revenue Optimization Manager who will take on the responsibility of developing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing inventory for our client's fleet.

This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights, and transport, provided at base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies across all channels.
  • Manage seat inventory and allocation across different fare classes to optimize revenue potential.
  • Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and industry trends to adjust the revenue strategies.
  • Collaborate with codeshare partners to align and enhance overall network optimization.
  • Familiarity with advanced revenue management systems and tools used in the industry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Aviation Management
  • Significant experience in the airline industry related to revenue management, pricing, or analytics.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in revenue optimization
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
