Our client is a leading domestic operator providing both passenger and charter solutions in Papua New Guinea.
They are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will take on the responsibility for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand the client base, increase revenue, and enhance their charter market presence.
This is a full-time position with accommodation, flights, and transport, provided at base.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other sales partners.
- Negotiate sales agreements and partnerships to maximize ticket sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
- Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts with key stakeholders such as corporate clients, travel agents, and distributors.
- 10 Years minimum experience sales and marketing field including 5 years in a management role(s) or equivalent.
