Rishworth is currently looking for a Supervisor Workshop - Engine who will assist the Workshops Management to accomplish aviation unit and intermediate maintenance inspections, services, and repairs on all assigned aircraft components.
This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Education sponsorship, medical and insurance will be covered along as well with attractive employee benefits.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervises and provides technical guidance to subordinate personnel performing aircraft power plant maintenance.
- Evaluates maintenance operations and facilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures and operational policies.
- Performs maintenance trend analysis and applies production control, quality control and other maintenance management principles and procedures to aircraft proprietary engine maintenance and shop operations.
- Instructs and conducts technical training in aircraft engine system maintenance, supply and safety techniques.
- Evaluates the technical training program on host national personnel.
- Maintains accountabilities for all tools and equipment assigned to the shop.
- Keeps a current technical library in accordance with shop mission and equipment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years working with turbine engines relevant to aircraft platform and positions.
- Minimum of 3 years working as a supervisor.
- Must have a FAA A&P license/ EASA Part 66 or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal turbine engine training course from an accredited military or civilian aeronautical school.
- Knowledgeable on The Aviation Maintenance Management System (TAMMS)
