Melinda gained extensive experience in Aviation Recruitment during her 10-year career with Emirates Airlines. There she specialized in Cabin Crew Recruitment traveling extensively globally, managing large campaigns to meet the volume demands. As a senior member of the recruitment team, Melinda was also relied upon to step in to helping with recruitment across management and training roles for service delivery. Leaving Emirates to relocate back to South Africa she started her own agency, iCrew, supporting Emirates with their recruitment needs across Africa as well as local companies within ground operations and cabin crew recruitment.
