About Rafael
Rafael leads Rishworth Aviation’s global operations and client solutions. He joined Rishworth Aviation from The Adecco Group where he was most recently CEO of Australia and led a diverse workforce over 60,000 personnel across Talent Management, Recruitment, Technology, IT & Engineering industries. Prior to this he was CFO of Asia-Pacific, guiding strategic and financial planning in 11 countries. Rafael’s aviation experience includes working over 7 years on several projects with IBERIA at Deloitte. He holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
