Recruitment Consultant

Rishworth Aviation has an exciting opportunity for a team of recruiters to join our company in a time where we are seeing a significant recovery across the aviation sector. We are looking for recruiters to be based anywhere across Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore. You will require the right to live and work in the above countries.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work from home or a hybrid module dependent on location/preference.

About you

  • You’re strategic and innovative in your sourcing approach, thinking outside of the box to find hidden and passive talent. You’re confident in driving talent strategies and enjoy building and fostering effective relationships and networks.
  • You are proactive regarding recruitment strategies as well as hungry to see results.
  • You are hands on with your clients as well as your candidates. Enjoy communication and go out of your way to see a process through regardless of the challenges.
  • You have a great level of agility to deal with the demands of an ever-flexing industry.

The role

  • Work on roles spanning all levels and departments, managing at times the entire process from start to finish whilst at other times working collaboratively across different teams to deliver the pipeline in the most efficient way.
  • Our recruitment team work on varied roles mainly across Pilots, Engineers, Cabin Crew and Flight Operations Management.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with various stakeholders, clients and candidates. Building solid networks and using those to increase exposure of our Rishworth brand.
  • Act as a consultant to the business, using data to influence and drive the recruiting process in order to find the best possible talent as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by establishing a thoughtful interview process, ensuring both candidates and hiring managers are well prepared, and providing timely feedback/updates to all parties
  • Engage in creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent, always looking for new ways to attract top talent into the pipeline.
  • Have a strategic approach to the market, feeding potential leads to the sales team as well as keeping these updated in our database
  • Attentive to detail and comfortable to work within the framework of an Applicant Tracking System as the main form of communication.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Self-starter, with a warm and engaging communication style.
  • Can influence across all levels as required
  • Proven current market insights/aligned within a similar industry that has a large requirement around compliance/regulations.
  • 1+ years strong agency or inhouse experience required
  • Experience managing multiple roles/profiles at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and bias for action
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, identifying challenges early on and addressing those with relevant stakeholders
